a 180 degree change in the lifestyle and eating habits need to be made. fortunately youth is on your side. however you need to make some lifestyle changes to get you going in the right direction so you are not plagued with weight issues for the lifespan.
learn to eat for function and not for flavor. the human body is nothing more than a very complex machine. the healthier the foods ingested on a regular basis the better the "machine" will run.

(1) You need a therapist to help you deal with emotional issues.
(2) Set a small monthly weight loss goal like 3 pounds a months. Weight lost slowly is less likely to be regained. Also, achieving a reasonable goal will give you the confidence that you can continue achieving your goal. Have a goal of one pound a week the first three weeks, and maintenance the last week of the month. And, you don't have to be perfect about your diet. You can have small portions of your favorite foods and beverages. This way, you will be less neurotic about food.
(3) Every morning, decide what you are going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and a snack if you like). Then commit to it.
(4) If you can afford a motorized treadmill, then get one. Commit to walk on the treadmill three times a week. For optimium metabolism, spread the workouts to be every other day. If you have a favorite tv show, you might want to schedule your treadmill walk while you watch your tv show. Also, try to do additional walking during the week.
(5) Do not go on a low fat diet. Go on a regular fat (not high fat) diet. The reason for this is the mitochondria in your cells needs fat to burn calories. A low fat diet will give you a sub-optimal metabolism. But, don't overdue it. If you eat a high fat diet, then the fat that the mitochondria can't use will just be stored as fat. Conventional medicine has not incorporated this concept yet, but there is research to support this. If you go to a dietitian, he or she will recommend a low fat diet, but this is counterproductive.

1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4) Start any Exercise, like walking, 30 minutes a day. Increase it overtime. Overtime, look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.
Here's a review link to a program

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied
6) if you have cravings drink water or eat fruits
here's an article to a healthy diet

7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time.
8) Get you family/parents involved too with eating healthy and exercising more. Encourage everyone to live a healthier lifestyle. It just makes the change easier for you. And they should make that effort for you.
Encourage your parents to buy and cook healthier food.
9) pls also consult your family doctor too.

I weighed about that when I was 14. I lost over 100lbs by eating better and of all things - dancing. Obviously the whole 100lbs didnt go from just that, I did do heaps of other exercise too. My weight made me really depressed when I decided I needed to help myself - no-one else could do it for me. So I just went at it... and I got so much happier whilst doing it too.

I would talk to a therapist about whether you might have an eating disorder...some people binge eat to deal with really unpleasant feelings or memories. Sometimes it's not about the food or a diet or weight- sometimes you have to deal with the underlying issues.
