You could be no more wrong about anything when saying those illegals share the same role as American citizens. ..
For saying so, I am inclined to believe that you are an illegal alien as you certainly appear sympathetic to their cause...
For the most part, illegals are a burden on our taxing system, if they pay any taxes at all...they are a burden on our judicial system as they tie up our courts with criminal contempts...and advantage our healthcare system at the expense of legal citizens as well.
These are the most provocative crimes illegals commit that are financed by legal residents and there are many more, I assure you...
When illegal females give birth here they are permittted to remain here and are even cared for at the expense of legal citizens. Furthermore, if they have children in their native country age 17 or less, those too may come to America to be with their mother. American citizens must then provide all their education, their medical needs and more... Other relatives come to visit legally and then disappear from view when their pass expires...more illegals...!
Why then should Americans be pleased and welcome illegals into this country...? Americans themselves struggle to survive and the illegals are receiving more benefits than they are...
I am not against bringing foreigners into this country but do feel those that do should have something to contribute, should speak english and enter legally...not be a burden upon hard working taxpaying Americans struggling for a better life for their own selves and families...
As for speeding, I speed everyday and am sure every driver does as speed limits are simply prima facie. If caught, I pay the price...
I do not drive if I drink beyond the legal limit and never cheat on my income taxes either...
As for throwing the first stone, I have a privilege to do so because I am a legal native born American. I have sympathy for the less fortunate but not to the extent I must pay to make someone elses life better than my own...!
If your true attitude is as sympathetic as your question then perhaps you yourself are casting the stones...!!!

Breaking a law, as a citizen is one thing, breaking the law to enter a country is something else. I think your example is to far fetched to be reasonable to the debate it is made against. While I may pay a fine for a speeding ticket, that doesn't make me an illegal citizen. Crossing our border illegally from any other country does make you an illegal immigrant. So, yes, I can throw rocks at them because they are breaking Federal law.

Its only illegal if you get caught, now that's a good message and moral to teach your children. Hey lets put that on a bumper sticker and some t shirts, I think we could start a new trend.
Yes illegals are illegal even if they are fortunate enough not to get caught it does not change the fact that they are breaking the law, not a jaywalking traffic violation but crossing an international boundary, a federal law. No need to throw rocks in this case.

Hmmm, I don't ever speed (drive 5 under to save gas), don't believe in drinking/smoking/gambling/wagering, my taxes I do myself and pay on time as the law requires. I do not cheat or steal, nor do I (nor any of my family) steal someone else's identity to obtain illegally gained social security cards in order to get an illegal job, health care, or forged state benefits. My children have the right (as they were born here of citizens) to attend school as do I. I speak English, as I am a citizen of an English speaking country. It would never enter my mind to move to another country and then force them to change their signage and laws to accommodate an unreasonable demand to speak only my mother tongue. My family lives in a single household dwelling, with just one nuclear family in it. We did not buy a house with illegally obtained mortgages and assistance and move in 18 other people, 7 dogs that crap everywhere, and turn it into a barrio.
Regardless of whether one gets caught, a wrong act is still a wrong act.

Really? I have never had a drink in my life; I have never cheated on my income tax return. Any one who drinks should be summarily executed; ditto income tax cheating.
As to speeding, most of the time the speed limit is not posted; there is no uniformity in speed limits, even in the same town.
And, at any rate, none of these "crimes" even begins to compare with illegal immigrants.
Perhaps you would not mind if I moved into your house, ate your food, wore you clothes, etc.? You have already given me implicit permission to do so.

I don't drink and drive, I don't speed, I don't cheat on my income taxes, and yes, illegals are here illegally. Speaking of which, who's throwing the rocks down at our southern border?

So if someone tapped into your cable, power, water without paying...... You would not turn them in?
Same thing with illegals. They come here and tap into our services without paying.
Now we can kick them all out ot make them contribute.
I prefer making them contribute by adopting the the FairTax Act H.R. 25.... This replaces all income taxes with one single retail sales tax on new items.
See www.fairtax.org
Un-taxes the poor, includes illegals into the system, nails the rich when the spend but not invest, boosts the economy.

I confess. I had a speeding ticket in 1998. I paid the fine and learned my lesson. I don't speed anymore.
Yes, illegal aliens are illegal. They are breaking the law every second of every day they are here illegally. They should learn their lesson, be deported and stay out.

The second you cross the border illegally makes you a criminal whether you get caught or not....
Illegal immigration is way worse than speeding........not even close to the same category.
That's like comparing a murderer to a shoplifter.
