Use the other arm

Get a carrier, like a sling the baby goes in. Then you will able to carry baby and not worry about dropping him.

Ask for help.

Try to avoid picking him up excessivly.

Most babys sleep alot and so it shouldn't be a problem.

Just ask for help from a friend or family member, the last thing you need to do is hurt your arm anymore than it already is, and us women try to do everything ourselves and be super moms so just be careful if you pick up your baby you don't want to end up dropping him on an accident.

try getting a sling, ask close family members or husdand/boyfriend 4 help. try hiring a helper 4 a week or so until u've figured out what u've done to ur arm. avoid picking him up. use a stroler instead of carrying him around.
good luck!

The best thing to do is get some help. Other than that put your child in one area that you can do everything there with out picking him completely up... like on one of the counch cushions so you can still feed and diaper with one hand and baby is still close to you so you are still bonding with them!!!
