It is smaller than a full-size guitar and is usually for younger kids who can't hold a full-size guitar easily. We had one for our son when he was about 13.

Although junior in size, parlor guitars are trying to make a comeback. They are smaller than a dreadnought and larger than a child's guitar.

I learned on a parlor guitar; an LG-3 Gibson which I have to this day--51 years later.

its one of the really dinky guitars that r like really small.
