I get a basin (I have one specifically for feet) put in some bubble bath add enough water to cover feet. Have ready a towel, foot scrapper, nail brush, and body lotion.

Soak your piggies for about 15 minutes, scrape and wash, towel dry, apply some lotion, let dry (a spot will do), put some socks on or wear slippers. Your feet will feel sooooooo good!

This is also a very good time for a home pedicure, make the little girls shine on!

I do this at least once a week - I have beautiful piggies.

With a fine foot pumace, I go over all the rough spots on my feet; making sure everything is really smooth. I remove my nail polish and file my toenails. I then fill a tub with warm water and put some lavender foot soap in and soak for 15 minutes. My feet are now very smooth and nicely scented. I dry my feet and apply three layers of nail polish. When it is dry, I apply some scented cream all over my feet and legs. It feels sensational and my feet are soft and clean!! Try it; it is great!!

Mix equal parts of aloe vera, glycerin, and castor oil. massage this into the feet.

Your feet will become permanently moisturized and dirt will not stick. Just wash with water anytime.

Glycerin and castor oil are too expensive to buy in the small bottles. Have the pharmacist order the pint size for you from Humco.

Castor oil is a cathartic. Once through the skin, the lymph system is strongly stimulated to carry it away along with dead cells and all sorts of effluvia, bacteria, parasites. The skin will become clear and beautiful.
Glycerin is a moisturizer and water-proofing agent. It forms a breathing barrier to which dirt will not stick.
Aloe vera is a healing agent.

I start out with soap and water, but I also use a pumice stone on the rough areas. I go barefoot a lot, so it's very helpful to keep the skin smooth.
