Are guys attracted to all women with big breasts- even if they are ugly? (I mean- if the girl has an ugly or plain face but has DD cup breasts- will the guy be attracted to her?) Or what if the girl has a waist that is not much smaller than her hips and boobs- will the guy still be attracted to her if she has big breasts?

I reckon its not about the body features, all the time...
If the girl has a beautiful personality then she's considered attractive anyway. Unless the guys are more into the body than the personality you might have a point there but I don't see how a feature itself can determine attraction. In some cases it will work & in other cases it won't...
I still think personality works over body cuz it covers a wider range of characteristics & the face & chest is just a feature. If that was the case many ugly girls would be single for life...

Not all guys are attracted to big-breasted girls, no. But there is a big fascination in guys when it comes to girls with large breasts, yes. I think it's more of a shallow, short-term thing. Like "I'd just like to see them, touch them, etc...one time."
So I would agree that the breasts can make a plain girl more interesting for awhile.
It's really hard to generalize...but I know that really large breasts generally are a problem in the long run (back problems and the like)...so I don't think they're anything to be jealous of.
And speaking personally, I think B and C cups are generally much more attractive than really large breasts. But different guys like different size women overall. Some like really skinny girls, and some like heavyset women.

I have to agree with "thatguy" it not always about a women breast I'm attracted to a women backside if she just so happens to have big breast then okay!, but if not then okay again. You should be proud of what "GOD" has given you and strut it well! and if a guy doesn't like you for what you have then it his lose.

I don't understand where women got the idea that all guys like big boobs. It's not true at all... trust me. Boobs are way over rated. I perfer a women with smaller one's honestly... and i think alot of guys would agree with me. I know one thing for sure... women with big boobs "thinks" every guy wants them cause of their boobs.
