how much dose should i take , i have ordered the braggs apple cider vinegar , unfiltered , raw , is that alright and how much should i take , how much time it takes for the result to be visible .

First I heard of apple cider vinegar helping to thicken your hair. I like to know the answer to this myself. Thanks, for putting it out there.

I have used vinegar to make sure all the shampoo is rinsed out of my hair but never for thickening. The best thing I have found for that is beer (leave it open overnight before using). If your hair is short use a small amount to massage into hair, leave in 5 min. then rinse in cool water, save the rest in the frig covered for next time. It also gives hair a great shine! I use the cheap beer because it all has the same basic ingredients. Also use a styling gel, let hair dry then comb it out for extra thickness. Years ago you could also buy shampoo with egg in it for thickening hair but I don't see it in the stores now. Good Luck and have fun. God Bless, Elle
