I`m sorry you feel sick all the time. That is no fun for you or those around you. I think maybe you need more things to do to keep your mind off your troubles. And maybe some good vitamins. and a good healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables cuz you are what you eat.

Drink liquid carrots with garlic every night.

Fill a blender half-full of distilled water. Get some organic baby carrots, a can of boiled tomatoes for flavor, some cloves of garlic, salt, apple cider vinegar, and any flavoring you like (ranch dressing).

Turn the blender on for two minutes at a time and slowly drop in the ingredients. This can be frozen for keeping.

Drink a glass at night before bed. Prepare to feel powerfully good in the morning. Garlic destroys all parasites and the carrot fiber strongly stimulates the bowel, carrying away all toxins.

If the body is clear of poison and bacteria it will heal in few days.

What do you mean nothing but nerves? I disagree with you about that. For ten years, I felt like crap. I couldn't put my finger on it, and nothing I took helped. One day, out of the blue, I got sick as sick could be. After three months in the hospital, they diagnosed Multiple Sclerosis. Don't let your friends and family tell you your nuts. You are not. You may have some underlying disease just waiting to pop out on you.

You sound like someone who has OCD; other than that, you are not ill.
