The key is knowing when you feel comfortable. Are you exhaused when you run up stairs. Do your knees hurt all the time. Of course these could be indicators of other problems but what I am trying to say is what makes you and your doctor feel right. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.

Your BMI says between 110 and 135 would be right on the button. So split the difference and go with 120 pounds..hope this helps :) The mirror is a better judge than the scale.

I'm 5'2 and 110-120 is my favourite range. The funniest thing is that men seem to find me more attractive when I am about 140. Go figure :)

according to www.am-I-fat.com's body mass index if you are 5'4 the comfortable range is 115-136, depending on your bone structure and how much of your weight is fat.
