It's fake. There is an ingredient called taurine. It's supposedly bull's pee, but that is a myth too. taurine is actually animal or plant bile, which is ingredients.

It might as well be bull sperm because if you are crazy enough to pay for red bull you'd be crazy enough to drink the sperm.
