I believe the price Sawmill listed refers ONLY to commemorative rifles that are unfired, and in the original box with all paperwork.

When you shoot those commemorative guns, you shoot away most collector value. If your rifle is in anything less than perfect condition, it is nothing more than a shooter grade and the value would be considerably lower than what Sawmill posted.
