When I try to print any documents using Excel 2002, nothing happnes. It says on the Print screen my printer status is idle. Should it not say online or something The printer works anything else I have so I know it aint a printer problem.

I really need to get it working tonight for my work tomorrow


Help me please.

If the fault IS Excel, check that you're printing to the correct printer. Quite often Windows sets up a "document image creator" which is just like saving a picture of the file instead of printing it. Check you've got your printer selected, and that it's working.
Try and get the printer to print its settings, or run it's self-test.

Also, if you connect to this printer via a print server, check that's it's working properly. Reset it if you've got any doubts.

Go to Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, then RIGHT click on your printer name and choose properties from the bottom.

Click the General tab and then click the Print Test Page button on the bottom.

If this prints, then the printer is fine as is your Operating System and the problem is most likely Excel.

change the margins back to 1 to 1.4 try to print your work which fits in 2 - 3 pages (there should be a select for that in there) if that doesn't work copy your whole sheet and paste it onto another sheet or another document this SHOULD also paste the calculations try this
