Do any women have any experience with this and do you know how it might be possible to have a reasonably normal sexual relationship? I have nothing visable, just painful. Thank you

I have something similar to lichen sclerosis, but the doctor is not sure and will be seeing a dermatologist next month. In the mean time, I found taking topamax helps (the last link I gave you). Its a medicine used to treat nerve and migraines used off-label for skin pain. It dulls the nerve signals. I too have found it frustrating because nothing much is visible, just painful. May I ask how you were finally diagnosed? Could you please email me as you know how painful it is.
