for the past 5 months i've seen constantly seen this girl all the time during work and she always looking at me and i finally talked to her and introduced myself and we were both constantly looking at each others eyes and smiling alot and i know i'm reading too much into this but i sensed there could be a good connection here. Obviously, i'm goin to talk to her and see if we click. she is really beautiful as well. whilst i was talking to her i complimented on how she had a nice name. (not much of a compliment but
should i compliment her again to do with her physical appearance like her eyes which really stand out?

compliments are great yes, but show her a bit of your personality. if you are normally a funny guy, i'd try and let some of that show too - girls go for guys who are a laugh

Coming from a girl, yep I think she likes you.You don't keep looking at a guy if you don't find him attractive.Compliments will make her feel good, but show your interested in her as a person by asking her lots of questions about herself, like whats her fave music e.t.c....if you concentrate to much on yourself, or her physical attributes, then she won't feel like your really interested in her as a person, coz she already, probably, knows you find her attractive.Find out what you have both in common, and then go from there, dont leave it to long to ask her out though coz she might go off the boil, and someone else might snatch her up.!

As a girl i would say that it is always lovel to have a compliment made about you! However, I would advise a little caution that you do not come across as sleezy or that your coming on too strong. Just take it slow, be a gentleman and offer to take her out to dinner. Wine and dine her, all girls like to be treated like a lady. And flowers always help!!!

Be a man walk up to her say my name is " what ever you name is" and I would like to be friends with you because I am attracted to you. Please let me know if you feel the same? See what she says and go from there. Ball is in her court, let her make the next move. if she feels the same way start by asking her out, if not then find another there are way too many to be stuck with one.

yh but try not to too over the top she will get freaked out lol. ask her whats she does on the weekend lol try to relate to her let her know ur interested then more then what she looks like lol DONT stair at her back all the time she will also get freaked out lol gud luk JADIE XX
