Near my chin, closer to my chin, when i pinch around I feel a lump under my skin. It doesn't feel like i have one there at all, and it's not visible, but i felt it when i squeezed it. Is that normal? What could it be? I would say it's about the size of a small pebble.

No one, not even a doctor can tell you without palpating it, seeing the area and having a medical history. Three guesses though would be:
sebacious cyst - moves freely when you feel it
a lipoma - a fatty cyst that is nothing to worry about
a blind zit - a blemish that has not yet surfaced

Of course, it could be something else but it is extremely unlikely it is a tumor or a malignancy. Do not squeeze it! Especially when you have no idea what it is as that could have bad consequences. Now make an appointment with your doctor or a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis.
