Did Toyota make a Diesel Land Cruiser that was Left Hand Drive?

Yes, I have seen a few of them. Very desirable vehicles, they rank right up with the old style British LandRovers. They were sold in Canada (not sure about the US) so they were factory supplied with left hand drive

They also have them in Costa Rica and maybe other Latin American countries. I got to drive the Landcruiser Prado diesel we rented....it was incredible. They're all left-hand drive in Costa Rica. Maybe you can drive one home!
