what is the rafael aircraft and what is it used for?

a french military aircraft designed and made by DASSAULT aviations,oh ya it is RAFALE.

it is a combat aircraft made for defence.
they r trying to sell it to IAF too but were unsuccessful!

I believe it is the Rafale, made by Dassault, France.

It is a multirole aircraft, main role being air defense, secondary varying from strike, reconnaissance and maritime roles.
