How long have you known the boy?
Are you friends and if so, how long?
Do you know a little bit about his hobbies and other interests?
What kind of friends does he hangout with?
What things have brought you to the point that you like him?
The reason why I phrased it this way was that you should find out things about the boy and get to know him through conversation and see if he is interested in you as well. If he is interested in you and likes you then there could be the opening you need to gain an opportunity . Do not be so forward that he is scared and backs off but be yourself and be open to the ppoint that he knows you have an interest in him. You never know what might come of it. But at least you will know and that is half the battle won.
