Using the rectangular marquee tool. Set the feather to 50 pixels. Select the entire image and the corners will be rounded.

Invert the selection (Ctrl+Shft+I)

Make sure the foreground color is set to black (press "D" on your keyboard) - or set to any other color.

Use the Paint Bucket Tool and click in one of the corners to fill the entire image edge with black.

You may need to change the feather depending on the size of your image to get the results you want.

or

Just select the brush tool, large brush, at maximum softness, set the foreground to black (or any other color) and paint the edges.

And lets not call people names just because they don't know how to do something in PhotoShop.

You can extract both your eyes by selecting them with one of the selection tools, and then hit (Apple + J for mac) to set just your eyes on another layer. From here it's not that difficult to make your first layer without the extracted eyes black and white. You can do this with the levels function or in modes. Lastly you can move the extracted (colored) eyes portion to the top layer so that it layers over the first image and is the only colored portion over the black and white.
