You have two options:

Do you have a goal?
Have you got a goal?

"Do you got..?" is not a correct question, because got is past tense of get.

well I guess you can but it doesn't sound too good. Well i have a goal and I want to open my own club/ bar but I don't know if it will ever happen so I just focus on the things I can do on a daily. If by some chance I win the lottery or something then I know it will happen! Your cute in that pic.

Do you have a goal? is correct English. Got is the past
tense of get. IE: Today, I get to go to the fair. Yesterday, I got to go to the fair. That's about it.

Not in this instance. You need to say, "Do you have a goal?" Do you "got" is really impossible in English, even in the most colloquial way.

not unless you really want to sound really informal because using "got" is gramatically incorrect
