Tuna is my favorite canned fish. Salmon in the foil packets that are already seasoned are good too. They are usually right with the tuna at the grocery store.

I think that Tuna is the best. Especially canned. I feel that Salmon is only best when it's fresh and steam-cooked and whatnot. I use Tuna to make Tuna Helper meals for dinner.

Salmon; I substitute boneless, skinless canned salmon (in the same size 6 oz can as most tuna) in all my recipes that call for tuna: macaroni salad, tuna casserole, tuna salad sandwiches, etc. I find it to be lighter in taste and healthier (more omega 3's, less mercury)
