Ok so my friend (Who is in college...im a senior in highschool) wants to set me up with this college girl. But he told her i was also in college , because she didnt want a highschool kid...So she thinks im a college freshmen..I just talked to her for the first time on the phone today, and she sounded awesome..So easy going, and i like that. So should i go ahead and play it off like im in college, or tell her the truth?? I thought maybe telling the truth would make my chances with her better than if i lie but i dont know what to do...

Maybe you could meet with her in person and come clean with the fact that your friend set you up (they started it, right?) So just meet with her and talk for a bit and then maybe say " I need to tell you something before things go any further. I know my friend told you I was in college but the truth is I'm not quite there yet" See what she says. I think it's just a psychological thing she has, and if you prove to her that you're mature (and honest, women like that) maybe she'll give you a chance. I for one, am glad you are questioning this issue, lots wouldn't. You have some moral fibre... awesome! Good Luck bud.

Don't lie- she'll find out the truth very soon, and question (and rightfully so) that you began your relationship with a lie. You can't maintain a lie like that for a whole year (the year before you are a college student), and by then, if you are still dating, it's still a lie, but a bigger one. What will you do when she asks to visit your campus?

If you ever want a chance, don't' start it by lying. Don't need to introduce yourself as Hi, I'm in high school. If she asks, politely correct it. Move back to the subjects you had in common, and go from there. Most girls don't want to date someone younger at that time, because the younger you are, the more you still have to learn.
Go out, have fun, conversation and make her laugh. If you make her feel good, then the age may not be such a big matter?

If you're looking to just go out and one have fun night then dont. But if you're looking to date her then you have to. She's obviously gonna find out (especially the fact that school just began so you gotta keep it going for a while).
What you should do is go on a date with her and tell her after that. That way if she's into you it might not be as big of a deal to her then and harder to turn you away...so really impress her. And if you do impress her maybe you can get points by coming clean.

If it was your friend who told her you were in college then you haven't lied to her yet. I would tell her the truth. Don't start lying to women at such a young age...once you start you may be on that path for the rest of your life. Women like it when you tell them the truth...they may not like what they hear, but at least it's the truth, and who knows...she may decide to go out with you despite your young age and lack of pubes... just kidding. Seriously though....don't lie to her. If she's as awesome as you say, then she doesn't deserve it.

Dont lie!! Girls hate it when guys lie. Just tell her the truth. If she felt the same thing you did then it wont be a problem. I myself am going out with a guy younger than me. And I said I would never do that.lol

You are probably stuck on this one. If you come clean and tell her you are a HS senior, she will probably stop talking to you, but it will also be hard to carry the lie that you are in college long term. Good luck, dude.

NO! dont...tell the truth coz relationships cant be based on lies or they always will and if u fall for her and she finds out, she will think when u tell her you love her a lie too. if relationships are based on lies, whats the point man! its always gunnabe a lie and everythign u do and say will be lies even if it isnt so dont dare lie, oyu'll get found out. its silly.
