Is there a central website or number I can call to find out what debts I owe? I want to re-build my credit and I don't want these debts hanging over my head any longer.

Get all 3 of your credit reports for free at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp. review each of them. They will list debts that have been turned over to collections.

I suggest going through a consolidating company. Your bills will be paid on time and you will have only 1 lower monthly payment!

A credit report will help determine what debts you have. freecreditreport.com lets you get one free report each year.
