Providing she's healthy, physically fit, has a healthy diet and does everything the Doctor's tell her to re. folic acid etc etc, I don't think there should be a problem. Don't know whether there's been any problems with pregnancies in her past though, I'll presume there hasn't. I wish you all the best, no matter what age you are having a child is the best feeling in the world. I'm 44 became a Dad for the 2nd time 6 years ago, and I'm itching to become a Dad again, current circumstances prevent it happening though. Having a baby will in some senses take 10 years off you, but in others, add 20, but you'll enjoy every second.
