First lear English a little better.
It depends on your age. If in school and there is an ROTC program, you can join that. If you are a college graduate you can go directly into officer candidate school (OCS).
Be aware that ROTC officers are not thought of all that well in some quarters.

To become a commissioned officer, you must first have a 4-year college degree, and to be competitive you must hold a pretty high college grade point average (3.0 or above).
Once you have your degree, you need to speak to an Officer Accessions Recruiter. Once you join you'd go an OCS (Officer Candidate School) and it takes about 3 months. This is the commissioned officer's version of enlisted basic training.
For more info and any questions you have, there's this website I've found and it really is pretty good.

Have at least a four year degree in hand from a school you attended that offered ROTC or NROTC, which you took.
Have at least a four year degree in a field the military currently needs applicants, and apply for a Officers Candidate School position
Have an advanced degree: such as physician or lawyer or dentist. Actually once you're in medical school or in a law school, you can get money for college, provided you enlist after school for a certain amount of years
Kiss some serious butt, have unbelievable sports and academic performance, and have your family have strong political connections and you could get into either west point or annapolis.

If you already have a Bachelor's Degree, you won't be attending any military academy for your commission. For the Army, you will take an exam to test aptitude for the military (ASVAB) and an additional exam for the officer application and will interview before a board to get selected to OCS. If accepted, you will attend Basic Training before you go to OCS. Army OCS has a 40 to 50% washout rate. If you wash out of OCS, you will finish the remainder of your 3 year commitment as an enlisted soldier. (been there done that, Army vet 83-86)

to become an officer you have to normally have a 4-year degree and you have to go through officer training. I'm not sure for the army, but in the navy you have to go to the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland!

Minimum requirements: US Citizenship and a 4 year degree. certain communities require additional requirements, such as ability to get a Clearance, or be under a certain age.
BTW, just having a degree is not sufficient. your GPA needs to be at least 3.5 preferably in Engineering or a hard science to be competitive for Navy.

You go to the recruiting office with your college diploma in hand or you get an appointment to one of the military academies and get commissioned when you graduate.

You should speak to the recruiter about that before you join.
There are different programs, depending upon which you choose.
Definitely learn about your options in advance.
Speak to more than one person.
Definitely speak to more than one person so you are sure you are getting all the details.
Important details for one person might not be important to another.
Good luck.
