i know this sounds stupid but i really want to know if you touch food o rcook it but don teat it do some of them add to your calorie consumption?

no... eating and digesting food is the only way to get energy from it -- that's all calories are, is energy. Otherwise we could go outside and climb a tree and suddenly have nutrients in our bodies (wouldn't that be a great world?). The most efficient place to absorb stuff is in the small intestine. Skin doesn't absorb molecules very well, unless they're dissolved in DMSO or some other chemical solvent. The stuff you smell when you cook food is just fragrant chemicals... not calories.

Calories are only added to the body during the breakdown of the food in the digestive process. Therefore you have to chew and swallow it first before the calories start doing any calculating process.

Are you anorexic? My friend used to worry about absorbing calories from lotion and toothpaste and stuff when she was anorexic. If you are, please seek help. If you were just asking to ask, then no, you can't.
