How would you measure something like that?
With anything that personal, you're gonna get a lot of people who lie both ways: people who are embarrassed to admit they are virgins, so they lie and say they aren't, and people who are embarrassed to say they aren't virgins and lie and say they are.
So... who could know?

I don't know the percentage, but I'm sure it's pretty much in keeping with the world.
When I got married in the 70s I was a virgin as was my husband. My children are both waiting until marriage to have sex. My daughter is currently engaged. She and her fiance' have been dating for 2.5 years and plan to get married next fall.
Some people still follow God's law and practice obedience to him. But many have become lazy in their approach to their faith.
The real issue is, do you understand why you should wait until marriage for sex? So many Catholics think it's just a church rule...the Pope or the priest telling them what to do. It's so much more than that, it is what God asks of us. Sex is a gift..it is for procreation, the sharing of body and soul with another in the confines of a sacramental marriage.
Sex outside of marriage reduces sex to a thing. It loses it's sacred meaning and becomes a carnal pleasure meant for entertainment. It reduces you and your sexual partner to a level that is beneath the divine calling of God. We are made in his image, we are called to be higher and more like him.
Sex is wonderful, it is meant to be open to life. This means open to children. If you are not ready for children and the responsibilities of family...then do not have sex. Wait until marriage when you have the commitment from your spouse and the blessing of God. It will make a huge difference.

Martin Luther additionally believed in Christ's presence interior the Eucharist as properly as interior the Sacrament of Confession. he's given so lots extra credit than he's due. All he did became plant the seed. He did no longer do lots different than translate the Bible into German, Sola Scriptura and Sola Feda. different than that, he became a solid Catholic. He did no longer choose to depart the Church, he became making plans to alter it from the interior, yet to to nationalism and different situations, he had to depart the Church.

I don't know, but pre-marital sex profanes the Holy Temple of the Catholic, which is his/her body. The Baptised Christian's body becomes the very temple of the Most High God! Sex is a very sacred and Holy act and reveals The mystery of The Triune God. God bless.
