NEITHER
awful awful foods...
is there not anything else you could eaT?
to answer your question, i would say the subway sandwich
as the amount of calories in indian... well the average curry would be maybe 1200. a chicken tika masala has about 1500, then you would probably order onion bhajis or samosas/naan bread, you get the idea. i don't think the sandwich can have more than 800 calories? so go with that, if they are your only options

Subway Veggie Delite (with veggie cheese) is the best - the vegetable pattie involves more fat. Indian food is full of fat even the veggie food. As a veggie I would go for Subway all the way - you can see what is in it too. If you are on the Slimming World plan a 6" Veggie Delite is 10.5 syns. Go Subway - go healthy!

I would say Subway because you have the calorie information written on the menu and you know what portion size you are getting.

I Love indian food but there is no real way to know how many calories are in it! But even if it's higher calories, I bet some of the spices in it are thermogenic and help the metabolism burn calories!

I know that Cinnimin, Cayeene, Turmeric are especially good for this off the top of my head!

You will never lose weight eating either of these every day, in fact you will probably gain weight. Subway do a range of 6" subs with just 6 grams of fat - they would be your best bet. You will get bored though so vary your diet, I have a weight watchers meal and a bowl of cereal every night which really fills me up and only comes to 600 calories - quick and easy to do aswell!!

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

Subway is better than Indian, but it's still processed food. I think you can find better take out!

Neither. I home cook more or less everything, there are hundreds of meals and dishes that take minutes to cook, salad for instance, a nice pasta dish takes about 15 minutes(probably the same amount of time you would stand there waiting for your curry to get done), there are so many great dishes to cook, you could ever pre-cook them and freeze them, then as and when you need them defrost them through the day and heat them up.
Take-away meals are okay, every once in a while, but with so many healthier and just as easy to do options you are wasting money and are likely to put on weight.

It depends on how much you have throughout the rest of the day. A footlong sub contains a lot of calories -- way more than you need for one meal. A correct serving would be a 6" sub, with a piece of fruit or yogurt on the side.

Indian food (or any takeout for that matter) can contain a lot of fat, sugars, sodium, and empty calories.

If you're interested, I could provide you with other alternatives -- but your best bet would be eating neither of these things on a routine basis.

Go for the Subway sandwich. Indian food is very fattening.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a undressed baked potato are nutritious your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling within the pounds.
