My mate is absolutely amazing when it comes to talking to girls. He can talk to anyone, and it seems to me they immediately fall in love with him. Why the hell is that? He said himself its not his looks... some girls I no agree. So what is it that girls like about him. Is it his confidence?

Yes, a guy with confidence can be attractive until he crosses the line into arrogance where he immediately becomes a jerk. It sounds as if you are hot to trot and ready to get it on because the other guys are probably bragging about how they are getting laid and you are left out. Not a good reason to become sexual. Calling a former girlfriend a stupid **** is an important piece of information. That may be why she dumped you. Think about it.

Confidence and the ability to strike up an interesting conversation are very attractive in people! The ability to chat to someone and let the conversation flow easily is something women will remember in a man. Although, too much confidence and a man can seem smug. The rules are complicated! loL! Just be yourself and I am sure your confidence will shine through.

It could be his confidence, maybe his sense of humour. Girls don't always like over confident guys though. A guy who is shyer than others could be really sweet and nice, although confidence is an attractive trait to have.

Confidence isn't everything. The girls probably just enjoy the attention....he probably makes them feel 'special' by talking a load of bull lol.
I think the quieter guys are more interesting and mysterious :) atleast they're not trying to be something they're not!

He probably just makes girls feel comfortable & at ease while their with him, sense of humor is always a good thing. I personaly prefer guy's who are quieter (not too quiet) because i am shy myself & find men who are loud or over confident intimidating :-)

Confident men are very sexy.
Over-confident guys, though, can be a turn-off, especially if they tend to talk others down etc.

confidence is very attractive in men personality means a lot more than looks just be confident in yourself it shows when you are nervous just have fun and people around u will join in ;)

Hell yes, confident guys who are comfortable in their skin are the best, and assuming they're not pig ugly we girls go nuts for them.
Insecure pretty boys are a nightmare, I have dated a couple of them and when I'm not fighting for mirror space I'm having to put up with them constantly testing me.
Insecure boys tend to bully their woman and put her down in order to make themselves feel better. Either that or they cling like limpets, neither of which bodes well for a lasting relationship.
