The Ministry of Environment. After all this disaster we have suffered, I would plant millions of trees, forbid the access of humans to forests, forbid hunting for ever, and cut off any political contacts with China, India and U.S.A. as a protest to their destroying environment....

Ok Turizm ve Kultur Bakanligi
For obvious reasons:)))
First of all I am a marketing person i would know better to show my country to the world.
Culture is very important. I would open Koy Institutes again. Close useless instutitions. Art, literature are musts.

Stop showing Turkey like a cheap country where tourists can come and buy fake Fendi bags. Promote our own brands.
In Istanbul there is not only Sultan Ahmet Meydani for God's sakes. I would make tourists live as we Turkish people really live.
Encourage East for ski tourism. Better than Chamonix.
Promote Black Sea Region better.

Ministry of environment! I would put more national parks, clean up the whole country, punish pollution so severely that no one would dare to throw out garbage again, put more wooden benches out, more trashcans, make sure everyone follows the Kyoto protocol, control over fishing, create new reefs, plant more trees, build ecological houses, support people with low income with solar panels, organize camps to teach people about organic agriculture, clean up all the dirty rivers, allow only electric cars, build more train lines etc. etc.

Gunaydin, Good Morning and Kalimera to All
(We are starting like that in our Turkey-Greece Peace Organization - Right Irmak, Anatoli :-) )

I want to be Ministry of Transportation ...

My best important project 'Marmaray' ...

Impacts of vehicle traffic will diminish in the historical peninsula.

Travel between Bostancı - Bakırköy, Üsküdar - Sirkeci, Söğütlüçeşme - Yenikapı and Gebze - Halkalı will respectively take 37, 4, 12, 105 minutes.

With the completion of the Marmaray, the share of rail transport in overall transport in Ä°stanbul will rise to 28% from 7%.

With the completion of the project, the capacity of the suburban railway lines which serve separately in both Asian and European sides with a capacity of 10.000 passengers per hour, will reach to 75.000 passengers per hour in one way with the connection of both sides uninterruptedly. And this capacity is equal to the capacity of a 12-lane highway.

Give me a chance, I will finish it

Have a nice Day

Definitely the Ministry of Culture. I would give emphasis to the conservation of monuments and the listing of historic buildings.

EDIT: I see we would make a very fine government all together, and we wouldn't even have to argue about the Ministries. We have distributed all very well.

Definetely MIT (milli istihbarat teskilati )

Turkey needs some ministries like FBI and CIA like in USA,a country needs these ministiries to prevent itself from possible dangers like spies and terrorists.

Do you know that Turkey is full of spies? especially the south-east area. And Turkish government has nothing to do with them, they just watch them! Spies provocate the local people and provide them guns!

"Derin Devlet" is always needed to survive.Lots of people think that it's a bad thing but it's the only way for a country to prevent itself. The best example is USA.you know how strong is that country.Mehmet Agar tried to do something in the past but AKP government makes everything to stop "derin devlet"
And that's the start of Turkey's death :-(

Min. of Education of course. I am an educator, been teaching for 31 years. As Atatürk said, the root of all evil lies in illiteracy. Establishing a sound, modern educational system isn't that difficult at all. I'll have to have special powers of course, like sacking some officials/teachers who don't know anything and who don't work at all. I am sure I can get things going in less than a year. We don't need to re-discover America.
