I want new cars that can be preconfigured with Nav and Blueetooth. No aftermarket gadgets. Honda Civic LX comes with Nav but not BT, Nissan Versa comes with BT but no Nav.
What is the cheapest car model to have both these features from the factory?

You could get a wrecker for $50 from the junk yard and install nav and BT.
Essentially any car if you have the money to buy the appropriate unit(s).

The most affordable car that is available with optional Bluetooth and Navigation is probably the Honda Civic Sedan EX model - which starts at $18,710. However, the navigation systems that come with new cars are usually around a $2,000+ option and they aren't very good at all. You'd be better off just getting a car that has Bluetooth (The Nissan Versa comes with optional Bluetooth and starts anywhere between $14,500 - $15,000) ... and then buying a GPS system from your local electronic store - Garmin is one of the best brands, and you can get a great one for about $400.
