I have a question....Someone answered one of the questions with...."This preaching is getting to me"...

I always ask them this very question to those that come here and gripe about being preached to. It's like if , when I was an atheist, I hung out at church and p1ssed and moaned how everyone was always preaching to me. Hanging out here would have been the last thing I would have wanted to do.I'm also not buying the whole"it's a question and answer forum, not a preaching forum" line either. Who really believes they are here (in R&S) to ask or answer questions? Get real. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Some of them are on here all the time. It just goes to show that some people simply love a conflict & to be miserable and whine.

Because nowhere does it say that in order to come to the religions and spirituality you have to be christian. People come here because they are interested in the subject. Churches are for preaching and unless you ask a valid question then technically you are breaking the community guidelines.

I am agnostic but religion is my passion in life. I like to learn and pass on the bits of information that I soak up. The atheist "regulars" contribute just as much and in some cases more then the basic group of people who come on here. I will be able to give you a researched unbiased answer to your questions and everyone should try to do the same. (Don't you also think it is a little presumptuous of people to sit around preaching to people of different beliefs?)
