one does not have to prove he doesn't exist.

it is up to those supporting an idea or hypothesis to provide the proof of the results.

as of yet, they have not presented anything even remotely credible, when they do, we can talk.

Sherlock Holmes (or should I say Sir Arthur Conon Doyle, who wrote Sherlock Holmes?) said something to the effect that when you're searching for the solution to a problem, then when you have removed all the impossible solutions, then what remains, however improbable it may seem, it must be the solution.

It can easily be shown that evolution is wrong, and while the belief in the existence of God may, to some, seem improbable, it is all that remains, and thus logically, MUST be the solution.

Just a VERY brief summary:

Darwin formulated his theory starting with faulty so-called science.

Darwin drew up some logical statements and concluded with the theory of evolution.

Anybody who understands anything at all about logic knows that if the premise is wrong, then the conclusion will also be wrong.

He believed that the cell was the smallest part of a living body.

He decided that the cell was filled with a liquid he referred to as an "ambiotic fluid".

He concluded that the "undifferentiated" cell, while within the mother's body, can be reformulated by external environmental forces.

Of course, he was wrong on all accounts.

He knew nothing of the nucleus, the mitochondria, proteins and protein synthesis, how the cell divides, RNA, DNA, etc.

He never heard of the double-strand of DNA in a helixical shape.

He didn't know the complexities involved with the method by which cell division occurs.

He just merely throught out an idea and it caught hold. Nobody even bothers to check the science behind his theory!

You take a Cray Supercomputer, and next to the DNA, it is simple in comparison. We understand that the Cray was designed, built and programmed. We don't assume that it was the results of a series of small explosions in a warehouse.

And yet, comparitively speaking, some people naively believe that small accidents over a long period of time resulted in life.

If you were to take that cray computer - naw - that's too expensive. Just use a simple Timex mechanical (not digital) watch.

Take it apart, screws, springs, gears, the works. Don't lose any of the parts, but put them all in a baggie and seal the baggie.

Put this baggie in your clothes dryer, and with the relative complexity compared to a strand of DNA, let the clothes dryer run for 3 or 4 months.

Pull out that baggie, and what do you have? Are you naive enough to believe that you have a working Timex watch?

Of course not. You have more common sense than that!

And yet, as I already pointed out, there are still some who naively believe that life was the result of raw materials accidently bumping into each other over millions of years! Utter nonsense, and totally illogical! (Not to mention, totally unscientific!)

So, since the theory of evolution is totally impossible, then what remains, no matter how improbable it sounds, must be the solution, which, of course, is God.

Now, on a personal note, having met Jesus Christ when He changed my life, I know Him, and am known by Him, and it's hard to deny that Somebody exists after you've already met Him.

It is not possible to prove that God does or does not exist .
What IS possible to prove is : That God (IF he/she/it/they exist ) can NOT be all powerful AND all loving & caring towards the inhabitants of Earth . We can easily prove this by the fact that good ( not just evil ) people and other creatures experience great pain , suffering and misfortune . In fact evil people often have better results .
Innocent people die and are severly injured in car crashes , planes being flown into buildings , contracting contagious diseases , and so on . Even innocent baby lambs are killed and taken before their mother's eyes by the hungry wolves . Cats and squirrles are run over by speeding cars .
All sorts of creatures suffer and die in floods and hurricanes .
Life on Earth is a combination of random violence and peace combined with the good and evil works of men .
ADDED for No1home2day : You're therory is totally senseless . First of all you say that the existance of God would be the only therory left if you could prove that Evolution were an incorrect therory . That is just plain wrong on the face of it .Evolution does not prove of disprove the existance of God or other therories . It only disproves the existance of the Biblical God and the Biblical creation of the World . Second Your explanations or Darwin's not being able to break down a cell futher do nothing to disprove his therory . Not anymore than someone saying the soup needs more salt without knowing the chemical formula . And comparing putting a disassembled watch in a baggie and waiting for it to reform itself to having LIVING CELLS recombine into different forms is idiotic at best !
Added for 1dre2000 (below) : Hard to believe but that makes even les sense than No1home2day's explanation ! (above)

There is no "real" way to prove that God exist, but there are things that could be considered proof that God is real. It all depends on how you look at the Bible and what you believe. If you believe in the Bible and what all the authors (Mark, Peter, Paul etc) say, then there is really good evidence. For me, I do not need evidence to prove that God exist.

Not yet, but the probability is so small that it could be considered negligible, just like the theory that there's a tiny teapot orbiting the sun between Mars and Saturn. It can't be proved that it isn't there, but the probability kind of makes it a foregone conclusion that it isn't.

Wouldn't you be freaked if we could prove God exists? I mean every time you do something bad, it would be even worse for you since you "KNOW" god exists. Best to just believe he exists rather than to know for sure.

Wouldn't it be terrible to know that God doesn't exist? That humanity is just a development of Nature, than one is in charge and nothing is looking out for you or caring what you do with your existence? how bleak? best to just to not know that for sure.

You can't prove a negative (something that doesn't exist). It goes against the process of the scientific method.

We can prove that it is impossible for certain things to exist, simply by using logic.

For example: we don't have to search the entire universe before we can say with certainty that there are no "square circles" or "married bachelors" -- it is impossible for such mutually exclusive traits to exist in the same entity. In a like vein, we can say with absolute certainty that there cannot be an "infinitely merciful and compassionate" being who tortures people forever and ever. Thus, we have neatly disproved the existence of the Abrahamic god Yahweh.

Nope. You can't prove a universal negative, and there's no evidence to suggest existence.

Ergo, the argument is futile.

Theoretically, if he did exist, it would be possible to prove it. But so far no one has a test tube big enough...

Yes, if you had the dust in your house analyzed your will find skin particles which brings the scripture
Genesis 3:19 "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." Also if you look at the skeleton of a snake you will find there bones indicating that at on point a snake had legs:
Genesis 3:14-"And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:"
There is proof that God does exist.
