What you do is, pick a city and state you want to use, then put stamps on each envelope, then mail that envelope to:

Philatelic Unit
Postmaster
City, State Zip

Put a letter in asking for the letters to be postmarked from there. This is a common practice for stamp collectors to get specific postmark cities.

It happens all the time for people who collect first day covers.

Address your box of letters (they'll need to have all the stamps on them already) to the postmaster of the town you're sending the box to. Include a letter to him saying you wish these letters to be sent from his post office, and tell him thank you. He then takes the letters and processes them like they had just been handed over by you at the counter there. They get the postmark from the post office and go right into the mail delivery process.

in case you do no longer choose to force to that particular placed up workplace and ask the counter service to hand cancel the mail, you may mail the letter in a separate envelope directly to the postmaster of that city and ask for a community postmark. in case you are trying this, you need to contain a return handle on your letter.
