Yes I do ,but even the link you give, which is good, doesn't show the real impact on the citizens in Fla.We have no problem with legal immigration but the illegals are bank-rupting us.Hospital and schools are being over run and losing money. The construction industry is a total sham, not because of the housing collapse, but because contractors hire so many illegals cutting wages so much long time America workers can't survive.
Our taxes and insurance cost have sky-rocked to pay for well-fare and other benefits given to illegal immigrates.
Its really time for congress to take a stand for America and put aside their political agenda.

no person reward from Illegals. confident some keep the fee of my stawberry smootie down by ability of working for a greenback an hour. yet that doesnt make up for the tens of millions who're in highway gangs and merchandising drugs and hurting good americas.

From 2000 to 2005 the Hispanic population in SC has increase 350%. This has kept wages low and taxes high.
The job market here pays $8.00 - $10.00 per hours.
I was making more than this in 1980.
The USA is going to be a third world country if we don't stop the politiction fron screwing things up.

I do in my State. I just hope that it will stop. It is a cop out for anyone to say that an illegal alien can not immigrate legally because they are poor. The worlds poor is not our problem, it is their countries. If they can pay a smuggler, they can pay and wait 6months to do it legally like so many immigrants have. Thank you for the site.

There goes my lunch. It's like our country is being run by the bozos from Animal House - for the last 40 years!

Hey Moody State Champs - without whitey you would not have indoor plumbing, automobiles, airplanes, telephones, computers, cell phones, vaccinations, etc. You might want to ponder what your life would be like without whitey and his inventions.

What a ludicrous site. You go to the site, you find your state, you click on "immigration impact" or whatever the link is... and it shows you how many people in your state were born overseas. That's it.

THAT'S IT.

This is just immigrant bashing, nothing to do with legal vs. illegal. You should be ashamed of yourself.

[ADDED] No, quite the opposite. My point is that it purports to show "impact" and then defines "impact" as "number of immigrants in your state". That's not "impact" - it's statistics - so by labeling the mere demographics as "impact", with no qualifying context, the site is merely stoking anti-immigrant sentiment.

I'm not the one who's angry about immigration, and I certainly don't take the position that the mere existence of immigrants in my state is a sign that society is collapsing.

YOU, however, are the one who posted the question about "impact" and the link to a site which has NO data on impact.

You're "fans" pretty much give you away as a stormtrooper anyway.

I've seen a ton of those little taco shacks opening on the side of the road. Also trucks selling watermelons for 5 dollars.

Yes, I know that in California...Europeans came here to kill Indigenous people.

Europeans killed off 95% of the Natives, stole their land and raped their women.

Today, their descendents have absolutely no shame about trying to "remove" more Brown people.

Pure evil.

It is not accurate for my state. We have more like 10,000 illegals in the small state of Wyoming. This angers me. It one year there was over 13,000 illegal babies born in this state.
