can I still go workout tomorrow morning?

I can't miss training I love it!

My instructor will make me do leg exercizes again though I know it!

I agree, I love it when I train and I get sore, sadly I barely get sore anymore.

I use a split routine:
Abs, Back and chest [monday]
Shoulder and legs [tuesday]
Arms [wed]
Abs with chest and triceps[thrus]
Back and biceps[friday]
Rest [sat/sun]

-For me, I find that smaller muscles like the arms tend to recuperate at a higher rate. That is why I work out them together for 1 day, and the next day I split them up-

If you are sore in 1 specific area, train something else. You have to let that muscle recuperate in order for it to grow. Its torn and ready to grow with the right nutrients, why hit it again and again?

Dedicate 10 minutes to stretching before your workout tomorrow.

Yes just dont workout until your exhasted. You won't be able to do as much as you did 2 days ago but you should still be able to do a light workout.
