Alright. I have been trying to lose some body fat, by changing my diet, exercising etc. I was at 240, and dropped down to 210 over four months. The thing is that I had a week of sinful binging, and jumped TEN POUNDS. It was actually only a few days of pigging out. Did I bulk up on fluid or something. I was drinking lots of water before. How is this possible? I'm back at 220 and can't explain such bizarre weight gain. And no one tell me I'm full of S**T. Get it? Full of... well never mind. Anyone with some ideas please let me know. Thanks for your time.
