You could be allergic to some of the chemicals in the feedstuffs fed to these animals. You need to eat only "grassfed" or natural, possibly "organic" fed animals.

Also you need to limit strictly the fats!! Olive oil is the best for your problems.

I don't really have a clue for what is the matter. I do have a friend who is allergic to some chemicals in feedstuffs for the animals. This advice is from him.

Other than that, what is wrong with your current food plan? It sounds heavenly to me!!

I am allergic to all poultry. In addition, I used to get diarrhea just before my period. I don't get that anymore since I started taking wild yam. I buy the standardized extract and I take one pill per day for the last two weeks of my cycle. It has prevented the diarrhea. Swanson, I think, has the best price on the wild yam. I believe it is only $5 per bottle. It has really helped me. ( I still can't eat poultry, but I don't get diarrhea at that time of month.)
Yarrow can also soothe an irritated stomach. Once my son had diarrhea for 15 days straight. I took him to the doctor and he prescribed antibiotics. They did not help at all. I went to an herbalist and got some yarrow. It cleared him right up.
Do you take acidolophus? It will help restore the natural balance of bacteria to your intestines.

Yes I know what's wrong, it's you subconscience talking to you. Your conscience is telling you that it is wrong to eat cows, pigs and chickens. Think about it!
