If you become a muslim you can go to heaven. On the other hand, if you don't become a muslim you will be decapitated.
I have a feeling that a lot of people would choose option B.

option b sounds good, I don't like capitation, it serves no purpose but to encourage doctors to provide lesser standard of care for less money.
decapitation is only something that will benefit the quality of life and health in our society.
