Ok, I have a master grocery list. It has everything I ever buy on it, and I print it out and put a check mark next to the things I need. Here's my question: is there any way that I can set this up on the computer so that it only prints out a list of the things I need? For instance, if I just need milk, lunch meat, eggs, and bread, is there a program I can use where I can select those on the computer and just print that list out without deleting all the other items? I know I used to be able to do that in Access, but I no longer have that program.

What program did you use to make the list? Would have to know that to know how to "filter" the list.

But if it is Excel (or a similar spreadsheet), you can use "Tools", and then "Filter" the data on the column with the check marks so that only the rows with checks will show. Then print out the filtered list.

You will need Microsoft Office Word 2007
It has everything you need to making charts and having certain items printed out such as grocery lists.
You can even set it up to change on each given day as you wish at your command.
Microsoft office Word 2007 is great and I wouldn't have a computer without it.
Most of my letters to Congress were done with Microsoft word.
Most of my analysis reports to show gain and profits charts were done on Microsoft word.
get and you will have all you need.

when you go to print the list before hand, highlight what you want to print then hit the print button and instead of doing all do selection.

I think the easiest would be to save your list on the computer, and delete what you don't need- when it asks if you want to save changes, select no.
