I think its wrong that evolution can be taught and other religions like christianity cant be.
I think its wrong to teach kids something but not let them learn everything else.

It is, so is Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and other false religions. Only the one true God is denied entrance. Consider this one simple fact, it is easily researched on the web. In 1887 one man shot a shotgun into a school yard to quieten down the kids, no serious injury. In 1928 a man trying to kill his wife, set off a bomb and 40 children where hurt or killed. No student had fired a weapon at another student.

1963 Prayer removed, banned, what ever you want to call it from the public school.

1966 first school shooting, 1968,1970 Kent state, 1970, 1976, 1979, the list go's on and on, since prayer was removed, and evolution became the norm, over 9000 school shooting have occurred. Before 1963 none, in the past 40 years 9000.

These are facts anyone can look up.

Absolutely - an understanding of the science of Evolution is essential for the understanding of all science, especially the life sciences - biology, zoology, medicine...and Jesus Freak Forever is an idiot - Evolution is not a religion.

* Evolution is every much a fact as gravity (another scientific theory)
* Over 99.8% of scientists in relevant field accept evolution.
* There are no alternative scientific theories.
* There is a huge amount of evidence in support of evolution...
* And zero evidence against it.
* The 'discussion' is actually educated people trying to educate others.
* The more intelligent a person is, the more likely they are to understand and accept evolution.
* The "discussion" only happens in backward places like Turkey and parts of the united states.

it is taught, but i'm not sure how much it is emphasized. i think many people/schools are afraid to teach it at the risk of offending someone.

and whoever says evolution is just a theory or hasn't been confirmed do not really understand evolution

Yes, the theory of evolution is the best explanation available for how all the species came to exist. It contradicts the bible, the same one where every species of animal and insect are loaded on one boat, so the ignorant think that it's a religion itself, which is false.

I was thinking the other day not doing that in exchange for all religious symbols and references being banned from public schools as well might be a good deal in the long run...

No. Scientific mythology, that has not met the criteria of the scientific method, yet has been approved as scientific fact by the questionable method of publishing in science journals for peer review, is in reality, scientific fact by democratic vote.
Science is not a democracy.
And if it is, then it is not science.

The problem with evolution is that it can not be proven using the fourth rule of the scientific method.

4. Test - look for the opposite of that consequence in order to disprove 2. It is a logical error to seek 3 directly as proof of 2. This error is called affirming the consequent.

You see, religion is all a big scam. The religious schools pay the government to teach evolution, so if you want religious training, you have to pay Churches and special schools. They take a fraction of this money and give it to the government, so you have to come back to them. See?

Absolutely. Schools try to teach facts and evolution is a fact. Repressing knowledge is the primary sin of religion.
