It's paradoxical n ironical as it may sound but what should a person do when caught in a dilemma like this? Wanted to give up but on the other hand lack willingness to do so. Carry on with her but painful thought kept haunting.

In this day and age you can find another girlfriend in no time. And that painful thought will always haunt you, unless you either break up with her or you cheat and let her catch you.

See, when people say what would you do if the shoe is on the other foot. People always tend to come up with an answer. If you girlfriend sad that she would give you another chance if you actually cheated on her, put those words to the test. Go find a girl that you are attracted to that is down for you know what and smash on the regular until your girl catches you. If she leaves you then she was worth keeping and she now knows how you feel. Then you could keep on smashing the other girl. If you girl decides she wants to work it out then you can do so.

Keep ya pimp hand strong,

People should either be sorry for their actions that hurt others or accept them and all that comes with. One is compassion the other is responsibility. Your kindness as a human is the only reason you are not considering never speaking to her again. Let her blame you, and never speak to her again. She'll figure it out right away, maybe she'll learn to behave like a caring or responsible person. This is her cue.
