How does Islam know there is a Jesus? If by the word of God that existed before Muhammad then why do they not believe in the word of God? Jesus is the word of God and the word of God was available to Muhammad and he chose to follow a spirit that disagreed with the word of God. You have been misled by a demon who told you that he misleads who he chooses in your Qu'ran.
Did you ever ask yourself why Jesus would return to teach Islam?
Why didn't he teach it the first time?

Well let's see.
Will Jesus be Happy that many Christians today ignore his basic commandments and even started worshipping him Instead of God ?
Will Jesus be happy about the fact that Christians invented a theory where they don't have to follow anything that he came here to teach them ?
Do you honestly think Jesus will tell you that ''yes I am a Universal Human Sin Sacrifice'', you are ''Saved'', ''you don't have to follow the Bible or do any good''? Do you honestly believe that ? Because nothing he said or taught while alive even hints anything of this sort.
Jesus Prayed in Prostration while he was here, who are the people in the world today that Do this, are they Christians or are they Muslims ?
Jesus used to fast for a whole month, who are the people in the world today that Do This, are they Christians or are they Muslims ?
Jesus said No Pork and No Alcohol, who are the people that stay away from both of these, Christians or Muslims?
Finally, what do Muslims really believe?
in Chapter 2, Al-Baqara, at verse 285 God defines the believer:
"The messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord and so have the believers; each has believed in God, His angels, His scriptures and His messengers. 'We do not differentiate among His messengers' and they said 'we heard and we obeyed; we seek your forgiveness, Our Lord, and unto You is our destiny'."
Now tell me, who is following Jesus, Christians Or Muslims ?

This is where I had trouble (understanding) with Islam and Jesus. Is it just Jesus or both Jesus and Muhammad and what is he or are there suppose to do?

Yes, because Islam is submission to God. It isn't some kind of inside joke either.

113. And the Jews say: The Christians do not follow anything (good) and the Christians say: The Jews do not follow anything (good) while they recite the (same) Book. Even thus say those who have no knowledge, like to what they say; so Allah shall judge between them on the day of resurrection in what they differ.
