Porn is not particularly healthy for you because it is a fantasy life. In the short-term, it can help relieve a little stress but ultimately you will feel lonelier after using porn than you would if you hadn't. It is generally better to appreciate the good things in your life rather than spend too much time wishing. Pornography these days is increasingly hardcore and very de-humanising, and it will leave you feeling tainted and worthless. It is also hard to reconcile pornography with the aging process because whilst it is all well and good for men in their teens and twenties to be ogling girls of 18; when you are ten/twenty years older, it just makes you aware of your own age that much more. It is also important to realise that we are more than bottled brains floating in fluid inside glass jars: Even as we age, we are still alive and vital. You feel a lot MORE alive and vital from taking some exercise than you do from looking at pictures of women too young for you with their kit off. Fantasy is a normal part of human behaviour but you shouldn't regard it as a way of life. Life has so much more to offer than this.

That would depend on :
1. How bad / degrading the pornography is.
2. How much pornography you subject yourself to.
3. How you perceive pornography ie., do you think it's right or wrong? Do you feel good or bad about it? What are your feelings about those who participate in it?

I think it effects people in different ways, (either good or bad effects), so who knows until you have tried it? Life is a journey of learning...........

You could desire what isn't realistic or generally acceptable. So it depends on your ability to seperate from the fantasy.
Its far from real. The honest porn actors will tell you what they have to deal with (cameras everywhere, props).

it can do quite a few things. If you do it enough then you'd become addicted to it and suffer mental withdrawal symptoms if you don't get the correct "dose" so don't get into it

it gives you a weird perspective on women, like they are objects and not people.

looking at porn is like watching somebody else eat their dinner, it's great for them, but of no nutritional value to you.

if you are in a relationship you have no need to even look!

It can warp your view of sex, gender differences and even make you lose respect for woman, or develope wrong desires. You don't reduce or erase desire by feeding it.
