how do i get through to my teenagers when they are being brainwashed by their father through parental aleignan

father is emotionally and mentally abusive person, has refused them emotiional acceptance when they tdont act as he feels they should lots of manipulation of them and lies to them

Their teenages now, this is the sink or swim time. Ether you've help them grow into healthy enough individuals to get past this, or atleast healthy enough for you to still communicate with them the truth of this, or its simply to late.... really its them when their 5 years old that determined ALONG time ago how this was going to go, wish you the best of luck. One thing you could do if you were strong enough was to show them a purpose in this life that would make them strong enough to get past this, that thou you most find on your own, none of this religious read the bible bs, your sort of on your own there.....
