The Prosecutors were William Jennings Bryan, A. T. Stewart, William Jennings Bryan, Jr., Ben B. McKenzie and John Neal.

The defense attorneys were Clarence Darrow, Arthur Garfield Hayes and Dudley Field Malone.

The reporter was H.L. Mencken
