Jesus was appointed by his Father to be the King of the Kingdom. Did you know that?

Ready or not, here it comes. Like LineDancer I too, hope to endure to the end. But I continue praying for it and hoping I will be around to enjoy it. I know that Jehovah is patient with us because he desires us all to attain repentance and receive the blessings of the new earth. (2Peter 3:9-13) There are times however, when I see certain atrocities and wonder how much worse this world can become, my prayer "let Your kingdom come", becomes more urgent and I don't even care whether Jehovah finds me spotless and unblemished. (2Peter 3:14) I just want this wicked world to be out of it's misery.

EDIT for Little Lamb
Read Ephesians 5:5 (I thought you were directing your questions to your teacher?)

Yes, I did know that, but as for being ready for Jehovah's Kingdom, I have to say that I am struggling! I really have enjoyed the many talks and the studies that we have had recently, they are really inspiring me and motivating me to want to do more to serve Kingdom interests.

My answer is the same as LineDancer, but I have to work extra hard!!! I would like to add, I thought is was JESUS KINGDOM? Jesus is the one to rule it right. I think Jehovah God gave it to Jesus. Anybody???

I know BabyDoll, but this forum here is all JW's and I trust it will be answered by a JW. I won't post questions to do with JW's here, those I ask my teacher or ask in private to the one's I trust. Don't worry, I am pretty sure I know what I am doing. Thanks anyway, and I enjoy your answers, especially the right words you choose make your answer's sound better and not argumentative. I could take lesson's on eloquence from you.

Yes, so if Jesus is also God(as most religions think) why would he have to appoint himself, he would just be the King without having to say it.

Am I ready, I'd like to think I am. Still many to hear His Word and come into His Truth.

Well, Jehovah's Witness have predicted the dates when his 'Kingdom' would arrive and they have failed each time. I believe you will cease to exist and your children's children before the 'New System' arrives. Lol.
