Other than knock at the wood, please.

I am from Brazil and people are very superstitious there. I have brought a few with me kinda difficult to quit. For example, I always cross my fingers when I see a black bird (like a crow), to prevent bad luck. What about you?

When I was in school, I refused to talk about how my tests went until after I got the grade. If I talked about them before hand, I always got a worse grade.

When I ride my bike, I always lift my feet off the pedals when I go over railroad tracks. When I forget to, the ride never goes well. I'll get a flat, something will break, or in one case, my friend got hit by a car (he was OK).

Both are silly, and I know they're silly, but what can I say?

i don't have self assurance in superstitions, they are all in my head. yet I easily have a yellow polo blouse that i offered at previous army this is unlucky. IT become wearing it the day my tire popped on the line, and that i did no longer have a cellular telephone or a spare tire. and that i become wearing it the day my Spanish instructor thought she cought me stealing her pinata (which easily wasn't me, even even though it particularly is the shirts fault). The music Whiskey interior the Jar is fortunate. They performed that on the radio suitable after the tire popped, and a cop got here and helped me & stuff. additionally, merely each and every time i'm apprehensive approximately something like finals, or something stupid, they play that on the radio and each little thing is okay. while i become a toddler, somebody advised me that it particularly is undesirable luck to kill a white deer. My pal accidentally hit one together with his vehicle, so he took it living house and had it butchared and ate it & 2 weeks later he broke his leg. So white deer scare me somewhat. yet, superstitions extremely are all merely BS. on your suggestions you rationalize to make the situation look a undeniable way, even even though it particularly is extremely merely coincidences.
