Try making popcorn balls they have the recipe on food network. Just melt the sugar to make caramel and pour it over the popcran and shark in some peanuts.

How about some rice pudding? Use rice, cinamon, brown sugar, milk, eggs.
Beat 1 egg + 1 egg yolk with fork, wire whisk or electric beater.
Heat 4 cups milk over medium to medium-high heat until just beginning to boil. Add 1 cup rice, 3/4 cup brown sugar (or combination of brown and white) and optionally a pinch of salt, and immediately reduce heat to very low. Add beaten eggs. Simmer mixture for about 30 minutes or until it thickens, stirring occasionally, making sure it does not come to a boil. When thick, remove from heat, stir in cinnamon powder to taste, and refrigerate. Serve after it has set nicely.
If you have any raisins, these can also be added during the simmer. The rice pudding may optionally be served topped with the chocolate sauce.

Looking over your ingredients I think I would try and make a mixed fruit cobbler. Take your 8x8 or 9x13 dish(whichever you want to use) and spray with Pam or vegetable spray, set aside. In a small bowl mix up some of your pancake mix according to the recipe on box and add some sugar. Make the batter a little thicker, sort of like you would mix up for thicker pancakes. Pour mixture into prepared dish. If you are using fresh fruit cut it up a little and put sugar on it and stir until sugar is melted. Make sure it is good and soupy. if you need to add a little water it won't hurt it. After sugar melts pour fruit over pancake batter and drizzle with butter. bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30 to40 minutes. If you decide to use the canned fruit just dump fruit and juice over batter(remember if you need to add a little water it won't hurt),drizzle with butter and bake. Have fun with your baking!!!!!!!

you can make cookies
Youll have to figure out the proportions yourself, but essentially:
1.5 - 2 cups flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
baking soda (1.5 tsp?)
pinch salt
1 tsp (+) vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
Mix. Add milk to bring to stiff dough
Drop 1 Tlbs globs on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of each
Bake at 350º 10+ minutes till barely brown
Good luck

Sometimes even if you don't have butter, you can substitute it with oil. Mind you, it won't taste EXACTLY the same, your recipe will come out more moist.

If you have apples, you can make apple pie! You have all of the other ingredients for it:

flour
cinnamon
brown sugar
You will also need corn starch

BTW, Last week, I made apple pie and I was also out of butter! To make the crust, I used oil, and it tasted pretty good.
