Edit: I took this as you being sarcastic, but if you are asking if he could use your statement as evidence against you in court, then the answer is yes. Making that kind of statement could be evidence of your state of mind and is completely admissible as an exception to the hearsay rule because it is not being used to prove the truth of the statement asserted. It is the fact that you said it and that it was innapropriate that has probative value.
